  • How can I buy the product?

    Once you have decided on the solution that is right for you, you can complete your purchase by going to the store, adding the solution you want to your cart, and filling in the required information on the checkout page.

  • How will I receive the products?

    Traintense offers two different product types: our Excel solutions, and the CoachAI app. Once you purchase our Excel products, you have lifetime access to them, and you can download them anytime, either from the link sent to you via email. The CoachAI app, on the other hand, operates on a subscription basis. You can complete all subscriptions by selecting the appropriate plan at traintense.com, and your subscription will automatically activate, and you can start using the app at coachai.traintense.com. You can also access all your downloadable products, subscriptions and license keys at any time on the traintense.com>my account page.

  • What are my payment options?

    You can pay for Traintense with your MasterCard, Visa, and American Express credit cards. We work with Paratika and iyzico for all payment methods.

  • Will I have any security problems during payment?

    As Traintense, we work with payment providers (iyzico and paratika) to ensure security during payment, so no card information regarding your payment is stored or visible within Traintense.

  • Who can I contact if I have any problems?

Excel Solutions

  • I purchased the Excel file, what should I do now?

    After purchasing your Excel solution, you will receive a download link and license key via email. Click the link in this email to download your Excel file to your computer, configure your macros (you can find the necessary information in the documentation, and a How to Setup document is also included with each file), enter your license key, and you can use your Excel solution without any problems.

  • How long can I use your Excel files after purchasing them?

    Once you purchase all our Excel solutions, you can use them for life on the computer you install them on. Each Excel solution comes with a license key that can be activated twice, in case you change computers. However, if you activate more than twice, you must purchase a new Excel license key.

  • What should I do if I want to re-download the Excel file after purchasing it?

    All your downloadable files and license keys are stored in the My Account section of traintense.com. You can access these files at any time by logging in with the email address you used to purchase them.

  • Do I need technical and Excel knowledge for Excel solutions?

    All of our Excel solutions are designed for coaches to use easily and perform all calculations by simply entering their data, so you can easily use our Excel solutions without needing any additional computer knowledge.

  • What does a single-person license mean?

    All our Excel products sold can only be activated by one person and two computers. The first time you open Excel after purchasing it, the system will prompt you to enter your license key. Once you enter your license key, the Excel file will be activated on your computer. However, if you share Excel later, you will be prompted for a new license key on the new computer.

  • I want to manage several different teams on the same computer, can I do this?

    Once you’ve activated an Excel file, you can duplicate it and use it as many times as you like on the same computer. After activation, Excel only requires a license key when you change computers.

  • Where can I learn how to use Excel solutions?

    We continue to publish detailed documentation and video tutorial series for all our products. By reviewing these resources, you can learn how to use all Excel solutions and gain detailed information about the content.

  • I encountered a problem in Excel, what should I do?

    All Excel workbooks can experience problems due to different development frameworks. Our Excel products have been developed and tested in the Microsoft 365+ environment to eliminate all bugs. However, you may encounter some errors in older Excel versions. In such cases, please contact us via the contact section or email address, providing a detailed description of the error you encountered. You can also find the answer to your question in the documentation section, so be sure to check the documentation section for the required product. If you prefer to have the error resolved live, you can purchase the Live Support Membership ($40/Year) package and connect with TeamViewer so we can resolve the issue ourselves. However, we would like to assure you that we will always provide support via email.

CoachAI

  • What can I do with CoachAI?

    With the CoachAI app, you can now chat with AI about sports science or your players. You can create strength charts, either manually or through AI, and quickly export them as PDFs. Furthermore, you can use the AI’s deep research model to enable CoachAI to conduct scientifically-based research on any topic you choose. You can add training sessions for your players and team to the system and have them automatically emailed for RPE at the end of these sessions. You can also upload session content to the system and export it as a PDF. You can also implement features like monitoring and injury tracking for your players.   • Who can use the CoachAI app?

    The CoachAI app is an AI-powered athlete management and coaching tool that can be used by all coaches working in sports science, strength and conditioning, and athletic performance. Therefore, both individual and team coaches can use this app.

  • Do I need technical skills to use CoachAI?

    Not at all. CoachAI designed for all coaching levels. No coding or advanced tech knowledge required – just log in and get started with simple guided steps.

  • How do I purchase CoachAI?

    All purchases are made securely through traintense.com, the official platform behind CoachAI. We use secure third-party payment providers. Your card details are never seen or stored by us. You can go to the store now, choose the plan that suits you and start your subscription.

  • Can I try CoachAI before buying?

    Yes! You can activate a 7-day free trial before purchasing a Pro Yearly plan. No credit card is charged during the trial, and you can cancel anytime within the trial period.

  • Will new features be added?

    Yes, CoachAI is constantly being developed. New features like Tests and Measurements, Wellness Monitoring, and GPS integration will be added gradually. The Test module will be added first in September, followed by the Wellness module in October, and the most significant update, the GPS module, in January. However, these modules are only available with Pro plans and above.

  • Is my data secure?

    Absolutely. All data is encrypted and securely stored. Only your team’s authorized users can access your account. We use top-level encryption and do not share your data with any third parties.
