Delivery and Return Policy

This document outlines the delivery and return conditions for digital products purchased through https://traintense.com/. As Traintense provides digital products, there is no physical delivery process involved. Once the purchase is completed, the digital products are sent to the email address provided by the user during checkout.

By placing an order, the user acknowledges and agrees to the following delivery and return conditions.

DELIVERY TERMS
  1. Delivery Process
    • Once the purchase is completed, the digital product file, user manual, and license key are sent to the email address provided by the user at checkout via a Traintense-branded email.
      Product delivery is usually automated upon payment confirmation. However, in some cases, due to manual verification procedures, delivery may take a few hours. The user acknowledges and accepts this possibility.
  2. License Activation
    • Purchased digital products must be activated with a license key.
    • For Windows users, the license key is valid indefinitely.
    • For Mac users, the license key must be activated within 14 days. If the license is not activated within this period, users may contact Traintense to request a new activation.

  3. E-Mail Delivery Issues
    • Users must provide a valid and accessible email address at the time of purchase.
    • If the delivery email is not received, users are advised to check their spam or junk folder.
    • If the email is still not found, users can contact Traintense support at contact@traintense.com for assistance.
RETURN POLICY
  • Due to the nature of digital products, returns or cancellations are not possible. In accordance with Distance Sales Agreement Regulations, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts regarding services performed instantly in an electronic environment or intangible goods delivered to the buyer immediately.
  • Since digital products can be copied and reproduced, users must carefully review product details and check system compatibility before making a purchase. By completing a purchase, the user acknowledges and agrees that the product is non-refundable and accepts these terms.
  • Users are responsible for verifying their system compatibility (such as Microsoft Office version and licensing requirements) before purchase. To ensure proper functionality, users are advised to read the user manuals and watch the instructional videos after purchasing. As these products are fully automated solutions, they require macro support in Excel. Users must enable macro settings for the product to function properly.
  • Traintense provides technical support only for products that have not been unlocked, modified, or had their sheet protections removed. Products that have been altered, had their password protection removed, or had structural modifications will not be eligible for technical support.

  • Purchased products are licensed for a single user and a maximum of two devices. Licenses are non-transferable, cannot be shared with third parties, and cannot be resold. The user acknowledges that if a license violation or unauthorized usage is detected, access may be restricted or revoked.
FORCE MAJEURE

In all cases considered force majeure, Traintense shall not be held liable for any delayed, incomplete, or non-performance of its obligations under this Agreement. Force majeure refers to unforeseeable events beyond the reasonable control of the affected party, including but not limited to natural disasters, uprisings, war, strikes, lockouts, failures in telecommunication infrastructure, power outages, pandemics, cyberattacks, and severe weather conditions.

During the period of force majeure, the obligations of both parties shall be suspended. If the force majeure event persists for more than one (1) month, the Agreement may be terminated by the party whose rights cannot be fulfilled.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of any dispute arising from this Agreement, the provisions stated herein shall primarily apply. In cases where no specific provision exists, Turkish Law shall govern the resolution of disputes. The Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction over any legal disputes arising from the application of this Agreement.

By completing the purchase transaction, the User acknowledges and agrees to the delivery and refund terms outlined above.
