With GPS Monitoring, you can quickly and easily input your data and effectively track training load using weekly and daily analysis dashboards, tables, and built-in formulas. Use the Settings Page to register your player list, select your metrics, and start entering data.

With player dashboard pages, you can analyze the daily and weekly workload flow of your athletes in detail.

The Team Microcycle Analysis Page allows you to view team and group averages for a selected time period, helping you evaluate training goals.

With Daily & Weekly tables, you can monitor all players collectively, track training data, match ratios, and ACWR values, and assess week-to-week changes in selected metrics for each player.

You can track individual player metrics as well as functional group averages, while also accessing automatically calculated analyses after data entry, enabling effective evaluation of training load.

Long-term load trends are analyzed using Acute:Chronic Workload Models. For daily load tracking, EWMA and RA models are utilized, while the RA model is applied for weekly load assessments.

You can analyze the ratios of metrics to peak match loads and examine volume and intensity variations. Using the Multi-Mechanical Model Approach, you can combine your desired metrics into a volume and intensity score (Owen et al., 2017).

All metrics can be compared within interactive graphs, allowing you to track players' peak speeds achieved during training and matches throughout the week.

The Excel template supports up to 30 players. You can enter player details and maximum match data through the "Settings" page. Pressing the "Save" button will automatically adjust all sheets based on the number of players.

There are 11 customizable metric fields for data entry. You can either rename these fields or use the default settings. The first 7 metrics are used for ACWR and training goal calculations, while the remaining metrics appear in comparison graphs and tables.

You can assign a match day tag to each date. The Settings page includes a table where you can input match day tags and daily training goals. Additionally, on the Home Page, you can select a date range to automatically assign match day tags and daily targets for that period.

This allows you to instantly track total training goals as percentages and metric values for any selected period.

Once you add all your players and adjust settings such as metric names and training statuses, pressing the "Save" button will automatically update all tables and graphs across the sheets according to the selected metrics and player list.

For example, if you are working with 20 players, the system will hide empty rows for the remaining 10 players, ensuring a cleaner workspace. Additionally, all table headers and dropdown lists, including the database, will be adjusted based on your metric selections.

You can import raw data from your GPS provider into the Data Entry section and edit it as needed. After clicking "Complete Data Entry", the system will transfer the data to the "Database" table.

If there are duplicate training entries for the same date or errors in player names, Excel will issue a warning message, minimizing the risk of data loss. You can also view training dates on the same page and safely delete records using the delete button.

With the top menu, you can easily navigate between pages. On the Homepage, you can calculate daily targets and view your selected period's total workload, whether for weekly microcycles or custom timeframes.
